Every original artwork is carefully prepared and packaged for delivery according to its size, materials and surface.
 
Processing

Processing times may vary depending on the artwork and its packaging requirements.

Original artwork will not be shipped until payment has been received in full unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Commissioned artwork will be shipped following completion and final payment in accordance with the applicable Commission Agreement.
 
Shipping Costs

Shipping costs may vary depending on the artwork's size, weight, packaging requirements and destination.

Where shipping is not included in the purchase price, applicable shipping costs will be disclosed before purchase.
 
Delivery Times

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, service interruptions and other circumstances outside the studio's reasonable control may affect delivery.

Nothing in this policy limits delivery-related rights available under applicable law.
 
Shipping Information

Collectors are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your purchase.

If an artwork is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, delivery was refused or the shipment was not collected, reasonable additional shipping costs may apply before the artwork is resent.
 

Shipping Damage

Please inspect your artwork following delivery.

If an artwork appears to have been damaged during shipping, please contact the studio as soon as reasonably possible.

Please provide photographs of:

• the artwork and damaged area;

• the interior packaging;

• the exterior shipping container; and

• the shipping label, where applicable.

Please retain all original packaging until the matter has been resolved, as the shipping carrier may require it when processing a claim.
 

Unstretched Artwork

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the artwork listing, artwork sold on unstretched canvas is supplied unframed and unstretched.

Framing, stretching, mounting and installation are the responsibility of the collector unless specifically included in the purchase.
 

International Orders

Where international shipping is available, collectors may be responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Any charges collected directly by the studio will be disclosed before purchase.
